- the template is very nice – is it really blogger? looks like an awesome WP theme!
- there is no doubt about what you’re writing – and you’re very consequent, you’re found your niche
- the posts are not too short and not too long, greatly illustrated and organized
- the colours match very much the subject of your blog, and the composition of colours is neat and nice

- apparently, you have a huge issue with your header! need to be fixed ASAP!
- the menu section should be more visible
- The Beauty of the Month is a great initiative, but have an impression that a bit neglected – cannot see neither the beauties nor the months!

- just a thought but would suggest that you may try to find equally focused blogs written about other colours/types of hair: blond, dark, red, straight – etc, if any. There would be an opportunity of cooperating and supporting each others blogs.
- focus not only on women but also on men and maybe even children..
- focus on other colors of the skin – as the expression: ‘women of color’ covers those as well

- it’s hard to say as I have never explored this niche as the pale European, but can imagine that even if there ust be some similar coverage at the Web, so still the potential of it is big. You should definitely keep posting and spread the word about your blog to the targeted audience.
