This one is a personal blog, No doubt about it.

S:

- great header, amazing photo

- interesting writing style, honest which is priceless

- design of the blog is ok (however 2 columns would work as well)

- the posts are not too long, not too short which makes it easy to read

- I like when you are dividing your posts into smaller chapters – as you do it in case of BloggersUnite

W:

- as I mentioned before, you could probably enhace a bit your design with 2 columns set up. At the moment it is a bit crowdy at your site

- too many unnecessary sidebar plugins – they are de-concentrating me as a reader. Also they are placed in a chaotic way: twitter plugin here, facebook plugin there…

- ABSOLUTELY TOO MANY TAGS! as I know, they are actually not necessary as far as the good SEO is concerned and also they do not explain in ANY way what your blog is about (who is going to read them all?). So WHY are you doing that???

O:

- I know that your blog is personal, but you may be better recognizable by concentrating – if not on one subject – so on one direction. And make this direction visible to others. It may be e.g. a typical approach you have in life, one of your character traits or something you’re good at, e.g. honesty, compassion, insight into Bangladesh issues, etc. This approach seems to work very well in case of your other ‘niche’-blog about Bangladesh cricket.

T:

- this is always the part which is difficult to assess in case of personal blogs. Any other Bangladeshi personal blogger is a threat! SO one advice that I repeat in that case is: work on gaining some loyal circle of readers. This is the best tip I can give!
